Wonderful surprise! Thank You, your gift certificate was an unexpected bright spot in my day. Always nice to recommend Lindsay, always do a nice job, but of course you have a wonderful product. I could sell a million of them. I have a list a mile long of immediate things that benefit from the softener, and I am #1 on that list-bathing-shampooing-soft clean white towels- no spots on the shower doors, need I go on? It's 4th of July I woke up and everything fine looking to spend day with my Grandkids at the pool. Then no water, can't flush toilets, can't clean dishes. Oh boy called Lindsay the company that services my well and they give me an emergency number at 8:00 am I get Paul Rogers, and he says to me I will come this morning...I was amazed and thankful. He came and we had a part that burned out. He went to local home depot, and could not get part, didn't stop there went to Portsmouth NH and got part and was back at 2:00pm and fixed our well. He gave up his 4th to help us. He is my hero. It is rare that a company will go the extra mile for a customer. Thank you does not even cover this.
After shopping around, I liked what they had to say. They thoroughly went over the ups and downs of each system without pushy sales tactics. Four or so yewrs into our system, their customer service is still outstanding, and I don't think we've had to wait more than 3 days for someone to come by. Nothing but positive things to say. The fast, reliable service they provide seems to be a rarity today.
